Methodology
skill issue is a public-source index of AI knowledge and practice, not a certification or endorsement. Each entry links to its source and credits its creator.
Inclusion and review
Prefer original papers, documentation, rulings, reports and first-person accounts. Sources should be on topic, specific, substantive, attributable and accessible. Clearly labelled news outlets, tools and products may use a homepage. Secondhand incident reporting is explicitly labelled when no primary account is established. News entries require editorial review; URL checks alone do not establish content quality.
Levels and metadata
Learning levels describe prerequisites, with inclusive ranges. Entities and unrated entries are excluded from numbered levels. Missing language is omitted, never inferred from geography. Region is a broad supplied publisher-location facet, not nationality or endorsement.
Dates and updates
Added dates use the first data commit, retaining an earlier existing date; a dated import filename is the fallback for new uncommitted imports. Last modified combines added, verified and content-edit dates. Imports and corrections are reviewed in batches; no fixed update frequency is promised. Link checks can be run locally, with challenges and unknown results kept distinct from confirmed failures.
Reuse and verification
The JSON index is freely readable. No blanket reuse license for third-party resources or the assembled index is asserted here; consult each original source. Supplier checks are labelled and do not imply independent verification. Automated checks cover catalog parity, links, privacy and hosting limits, not legal advice.
